Information and technical advice direct line
All Delnet participants have access to a personalised information and advice line that they can use to obtain the following:
- up to date information on local development
- relevant documentary materials and references
- experiences of interest
- institutional contacts
- advice on management of local development
- advice on the viability, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of local development policies, programmes and projects
- advice on strategic planning
- guidance and information on lines of finance
- local development models and experiences
- advice on public cooperation and participation strategies
The Delnet team produced its responses based on the experience of its specialists, projects implemented by the ILO International Training Centre and the good practices of other international, national and local institutions.
In addition to this, throughout their participation in the specialised courses offered by Delnet, the participants make intense use of various IT tools and for this reason it is extremely important to guarantee assistance for any problems that may arise during the use of these technologies.
Delnet therefore also offers:
